A strange spring on the side of the river. The plant is growing over this jar shaped stone structure. The spring itself is actually inside the jar and is visible through some of the cracks in the shell. One of the more unique small structures I saw in the canyon. I thought it made an interesting faux IR picture and came up with this. That's a fairly normal looking ivy growing along the top of the spring.
The gray pile on the left is the tailings from a Marble Canyon dam site drift.
